Yup thats it.. just the keys, no cover, no free service, 1ltr of petrol and they will change your LHS grab rail for payment of 800bucks and not even give you back the barbeque grill/ soree guard. There u go u now have delivery of the new bike...You could try your luck with Pro Biking for the free LHS, no one i know of, has been lucky. N Whoa whats with the shopping list of bikes, we normally buy one bike and start our shopping list for accessories thereafter. You didnt happen to win a lottery, by any chance...???

Ans :Its a very expensive bike , we dont keep one for TD. asked about the insurance . got a honest answer again : i dont know but ill find out and call you back. I dont know but i found the whole experience very pleasing....no lies not buts and ifs....way better that my previous Honda expecience when i got the CBR250R....OTR was quoted at 5.67..will check if i can get the LHS grab rail for free...booking in Feb 2013.
Looking forward to the my "Green tree frog"!!!

Heyyyy! Lady on a 650!? That's so cool!

Probably the first in the country if I'm not mistaken - congratulations! Regarding the decision to avoid the Korean - count your stars. Nice presentation, no depth at all. You just saved yourself the pain that so many Hyosung owners are encountering now, trying to sell their bikes.

              • Hey zimbly, Sunnyside_up! ,satyenpoojary, icemang. how are you all? just returned from office....

                @
zimbly : o well....i sure try to get the LHS for free....will see if i can run my charm there.... shopping list of bikes? its only 3 bikes all made for purpose. Deo =shopping , DUKE=city , Ninja 650 = Highway.

                @
Sunnyside_up! : Thank you.....ya maybe . ya GT has its share of problems but i em sure when they start the bike and the V-twin motor comes to life.....its bliss.

@ satyenpoojary. : yuck..the bbq grill....will have it removed before delevery....did the same with the CBR....honda guys packed the grill and gave it to me....i donated it back to then..saying ..sell it and party......glass of cold drink would be refreshing....due cake...i love cake..chocolate cake.....but i wouldnt want to to wait too long.....90 days is ok considering ill get a 2013 model......but i will kill myself if i hear that honda/yamaha has brought in the 600R/R machines by the time i get delivery of the N650

                @
                icemang lol....

@ everybody : considering N650 seats removed ..how much space is there inside...can it hold another battery?

                Comment

                • Nope, it has enough space to house just the tool kit. though where the battery sits there is a little bit space available on the sides. might be enough to plonk a larger battery in there provided the width of the new battery remains the same. To give you a better pic, i have moved the toolkit under the front seat(so that area is completely occupied) and the aftermarket Alarm system has been mounted under the rear. There isnt much place left other than to house a kapda.

                  • @ zimbly . i wasn't looking at larger battery...i actually wanted to add a 2nd abttery for the angel-eyes. alarm system, led indicators and tail lamp.. separate the lighting from main battery....if someday ...anywhere....due to some prob main battery is dead then i wont be stranded ..ill replace it with the other..

                    • Nope, as far as i can tell, no place for another battery under the seat. And i honestly dont know what the present AmpH rating for the current battery is. but it has sustained my riding and alarm unit without a glitch. Presently the bike is lying idle and its been almost a month, but with a start every 3 days, it still manages to start up without a niggle and the alarm system remains on 24x7. hope that helps.

                      • Thats great...i am worried as the place is live in a very humid and will rust the bike and and if i dont use the bike for say 2 to 3 months the battery is going to be dead.if a 2nd battery is not an option the ill get a jump start kit ...the one that connects to the 12v connector in one car and other to any car/bike with a 12V connector.will cost around Rs1500

Planning to get a grill fabricator to convert the bbq grill of a saree guard into a more aesthetic frame for taking on saddle bags. Anybody here has any experience/suggestions for same?

Looking for LHS n RHS. Was worried about the attachment part (where the part will attach to the tail) so sticking with the saree guard. Have managed to get 2 saree guards, plan to use on the RHS by inverting (!!). Gonna have ro experiment a bit before i get it right i guess.
