I am thinking that at least a petrol tank guard is a must, right?

The EMI amount is definitely wrong, customers are being taken for a ride. Use this link Loan EMI calculator | Calculate Loan EMI from Interest Rate - BankBazaar

You will realize how much people are being fooled.

    Months 36
**Ideal EMI as per my calculation should be - Rs.10748

    Min DP - 2,50,550

Booking right now in Mumbai is stopped couple of days back and would be opening by Oct'12. They took 8 bookings after which they have stopped booking. This may not be the case in all outlets though.
As per my calculation the EMI should be something less however I may be wrong.
