I would like to visit Bagga Link as well just to see whether I am lucky enough to see the beast in flesh.
Anyways glad to hear that you live in Sector - 61, Noida. My office is in sector - 62 Noida in 3C Knowledge Boulevard. Maybe when I also buy my green hulk then we can go for a ride.

        Hello everybody.

Congrats to all new owners of the bike. If any of you financed the bike thru banks/NBFCs, could you please share the details here?

Also, a query for those of us who have ridden medium to long distances on a CBR 250 AND then replicated this experience on a N650. Did you find a significant increase in comfort particularly in the posture? I am getting used to my CBR but it is just too sporty in posture and light-weight for nice long tours...

BTW, the fit and finish on the N, even from fotos published here, seems to be excellent.

The battle rages within - Triumph Bonneville or N650???

Sure , we can get in touch. Just that I am tied up during weekdays. Usually take out the bike only on Saturdays and Sundays . Let me know where and when , I am not in Delhi right now will be back by next week end. It is always better to have 2 ninja's on the road. It is nice to learn that there are more people interested in noida to buy the ninja 650.
Go ahead buy it, it is a dream machine specially for Indians like us who are not adequately exposed to superbikes , I mean to the extent the western world is exposed. The best , the fastest and the most powerful that we have seen could be a Yamaha 350 that too decades a go and it still remains my favourite.
Incidentally I was on a classic Crome 500 upto last month bought it in disgust last year because Bajaj was not delivering the ninja's in time, learnt it the hard way a cruiser cannot replace a sports bike. I am not missing my bullet at all, I do miss the thump though. Keep riding

The built quality of a ninja650 is excellent , I have been reading about it since ages and of course the form finish everything is great nothing comes close in terms of built quality. The sitting position if I compare to bullet is a little sporty but very comfortable, one can ride it four hours without any fatigue.

                  Hi

I went for a 100km ride on the taj expressway, took a u turn after the toll. the road was quite vacant i still did not run it at high speed for longer period just for a couple of minutes. i crossed 8k rpm, really nothing comes close to the experience. It is like u are on top of an aircraft which is just going to take off "Soul stirring".

However the wind noise was a little too annoying , perhaps i need to buy a new helmet, i am still using the one which was given to me by KTM at the time of delivery and i also need to adjust the wind shield.

                  Keep riding.

Yes, A Good Helmet is a must not just to kerb the wind noise but also to provide better safety in case of a fall.

Also, Buy Ear Plugs because no matter which helmet you buy without ear plugs you'll always have wind noise which is not good for your ears. Check out 3M ear plugs.

                      Hello friends..
From last couple of days I was planning to change rear tyre of my ninja..
Currently I've got METZELER.. They are too soft.. I want bit hard compound which atleast don't get puncture by stones on bad patches of road.. Basically I ride straight so center part of tyre should last long..

Can any one suggest me good tyre..

If there's no option then how's Bridgestone BT023!!??

Also what if i upgrade to 180-55-17 or 180-60-17 ?? Any pros or cons?

Metzzler has less than 10k km life. Bridgestone lasted for approx 15k. I haven't faced any grip issues on dry roads,

Please look at the chart here.. Roadsmart cheapest with fair performance. BT-023 might be better lasting at some extra cost.

I have used Dunlop Roadsmart II for 20.5 k kms before I switched to Pirelli Angel ST. I am very happy with the switch to Pirelli, although Dunlop was a great tire for touring Pirelli is just a tad better in performance and off the pavement. Costed me 23K for a set so at a decent price too.
