As I said, please try filling petrol from a different station and see if that changes anything. I can't figure out any other problem in the vehicle.
Do keep us updated after trying out the new petrol pump.
    Ride safe brother.
    Thanks bro [emoji106]

One last thing that you can do is, change the petrol pump. There might be a chance that the petrol is not of good quality.
Try filling up from a different station and see if that makes any difference. A new engine should not do that and you have checked everything else. So lets change the fuel for a few weeks and see if it resolves the random shutting down.

So we can rule out the clogged up air filter, faulty spark plug and choke left on by mistake.
The only possible cause that I see is improper air to fuel ratio. Take it to the service center and let them know the problem, they will tune up the air in 2 mins and give it back to you. Since the scoot is practically brand new, they won't even charge you for it.

see if that solves the problem. If not let them know when you take it for the next service. I would advise you not to take it to a local mech yet, as they might mess it up even more.

It won't probably won't. Speedo units usually cost 2-3k+ probably. Digital speedo that important to you?

    I did DIY successfully.[emoji2]

A choked up air filter might cause shut downs. the service centers have fixed kms after which they change the air filter, before that, they clean the filter with pressurized air and fit it back. But if you live in particularly dust place the life of the air filter will reduce significantly and you will have to replace it early. open it up and check its condition, then decide.

The next up would be air to fuel ratio, most of the time, if you complain that the scoot is not giving mileage, the service center guys make the ratio a bit lean to which might be the reason of engine shut down.

The most unlikely reason might be spark plug gone bad. It is highly unlikely, because the spark plugs fitted from factory are such good quality that they easily last 50 thousand kms without any problems, but if nothing works out, open the spark plug and check its condition, it might have gone bad, due to wrong air fuel mixture.

And last but not the least, make sure that you turn off the choke after warming up the engine, riding with choke on will give you same problem and will use more fuel.

I used the same TVS tru4 oil for engine and transmission on my Jupiter. Changed before 3K kms. Scooter was touch wood even as 48K kms Odo. Now I am thinking to do some Synthetic oil experiment on Ntorq,s engine. But will use the Mineral oil for transmision.
