Re: Ducati XDiavel S Ownership Experience
Wow impressive, hope they deliver on this as promised and doesn't end up like other half baked kick-starter Skully AR-1.Originally posted by Globe Trotter View PostPre-ordered the Cross helmet X1 from indiegogo....expected delivery March April 2019...absolutely thrilled...
Any idea how to does it compare with the new Skully Fenix AR?

Re: Ducati XDiavel S Ownership Experience
Hello Divya Sharan...it was due to the radiator guard accessory that I had got fitted before setting off for the journey...due to the rains, mud and slush kept depositing on the inside as well as the outside of the guard...during clean ups only the outside got cleaned and the build up inside went unnoticed...so the air flow was restricted to the radiator and I kept getting the Hi temp alarm...Originally posted by Divya Sharan View PostWhat was the diagnosis and remedy action taken?

Re: Ducati XDiavel S Ownership Experience
Hello Kiran...Skully Fenix was on my radar too... the new management their is focussing first on the backers who had paid for the AR-1 so I didn't know when would new orders be delivered...also being of Japanese origin the Cross helmet drew more trust than the others...they keep sending me the development updates and invitations to various tech seminars etc they go to...so I guess it is taking shape...rest all is as we say leap of faith...Originally posted by kiran2508 View PostWow impressive, hope they deliver on this as promised and doesn't end up like other half baked kick-starter Skully AR-1.

Hope it gets delivered soon, could be the 1st in India, waiting for a detailed photos and review of the helmet and CF parts.
P.S. With those carbon parts, you and your Ducati can be Indian version of Jaret Campisi and his Ducati
, only missing is the CF tank.

Re: Ducati XDiavel S Ownership Experience
Ya I certainly hope for a timely delivery too...as for the carbon fibre bits, I wonder what Mr Campisi has in mind!!! He has the tank too in CF??? Thats pretty nice actually...didn't order all that was available as I'd like to see first how they look compared to stock...and how good is the workmanship, fitment etc...Originally posted by kiran2508 View PostThanks,

Re: Ducati XDiavel S Ownership Experience
Hey guys...remember the messed up suspension job on my machine by Ducati Pune??? Apparently after much troubleshooting by Ducati service guys at Gurgaon it is decided that the entire front suspension system needs to be replaced!!!! I was pretty much certain this was going to happen...but the guys here at AMP superbikes GGN have assured me it will be done under warranty. Even though I am upset I would first want to get the machine in perfect condition...really impressed with the service team in GGN...taking the bike in on 23rd for the job...

GT, it seems each time, you take her for a spin, it's always a cheeky trouble maker either by itself or a botched job the the folks at the dealership. Could you please be more specific as to the botched job at the dealership, what they did, what transpired, thank you.Originally posted by Globe Trotter View PostHey guys...remember the messed up suspension job on my machine by Ducati Pune??? Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'
And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.
THE END
