Since the headlight unit is below from normal position; does it make any effect on spread of light on roads.
It is really a nice gearless scooter. I bought this last week (matte blue-basic variant) mainly because of the self balance it has plus LED headlight. The light is enough to cover the road and does not blind the oncoming bikes.

It gives good response for both a single rider and with family. The front suspension is too good.

      Re: Honda Grazia All Variants

My father's Grazia doesn't start with self-start in morning, or even sometimes afternoon. Have to either use a kick or use chowk and give few tries. Even after driving 2-3km have to often use chowk. This is a daily thing. Anyone having a similar issue?

        Re: Honda Grazia All Variants

Hello guys planning to upgrade to scooter from Honda Twister,

Stuck b/w Grazia and NTorq, please help

My dad's also gonna use it, as I am gonna buy dominar soon*

        Main requirements:

        1.Good performance

Good handling and brakes, zero (minor) vibrations.

        1.Good mileage(atleast 40+)

my Twister is 7 years old and still gives 45+ always, funny thing is chain sprocket and clutch plates have gone long back...yet it delivers!!

        Great reliability and service.

Honda is also reliable but their service is shit...that's the only thing that's stopping me to buy another Honda.

I have wrote 3 complaints since last year because of their pathetic service, and they ****ing don't care.

        Please help me decide,*

        Thanks

          Re: Honda Grazia All Variants

Got Honda Grazia - Disc Variant yesterday for Dad.

On Road Price is Rs 78*** included with Extended Warranty, Accessories (Footrest and Side Stand) and complete RTO formalities.
Got this from JSP Honda, Kukatpally.

          Preview:

Dad already had Suzuki Access 125cc which was bought in 2009. After close to 50000 kms and hard usage (read bad roads and minimal maintenance) it started showing signs of aging. Add to that sketchy Suzuki SVCs, it was always in hands of roadside mechanics.

The plan was to buy a new scooter with same engine capacity and comfort that Access provided. Below were 3 option in the preferred sequence.
          1. TVS Ntorq 125
          2. Suzuki Access 125 - Disc Variant
          3. Honda Grazia 125 - Disc Variant

          TVS Ntorq:

This was the first choice as it ticked all the boxes except the pillion comfort which is a primary thing for my mom.

TVS Dealers were charging Rs 1200 extra on Ex-showroom price (TVS Website price is Rs 63,275) and close to Rs 2500 on stuff like PDI Charges, Handling Charges etc. I Told them these are not legal charges. But they were not interested in dropping these fictitious charges.

OTR Quoted by 2 TVS dealers were 77K and 78K, these are without the extended warranty and RTO formalities.

Though I loved Ntorq, TVS Dealers approach left a bad taste. An email was dropped to TVS customer car 4 days back (as on today) with no reply.

          Suzuki Access 125:

This was rejected straight away by dad. Nothing wrong with the scooter, but 9 years of usage got him bored of it already. It is still a gem of a scooter.

Honda Grazia 125 - Disc Variant:

Honestly, this was not in the options list at all until I faced TVS Dealers. I do not prefer Honda 2-Wheelers as their crowded showrooms and SVCs always has been a deterrent. Add to that arrogance of Honda.

But, A new scooter was needed. So I and mom (She did not had any vehicle on her name yet and to avoid additional 5% on Road tax (actual is 9%)) visited the showroom. Surprisingly, sales staff from Honda was courteous enough to greet the customers at the entrance itself (At one of the TVS Dealer, I had to wait for 15mins to be attended) and asked the right questions.

Asked them about Honda Grazia and they gave the breakup of On Road Price which matched with my calculations and OTR was 78*** including everything.

I did the payment via PAYTM as suggested by sales staff as there was instant Rs 1000 cash back and some other vouchers worth 1000 on services provided by Paytm. So the effective OTR for me was 77***. Ladies Footrest and side stand were charged separately and bills were provided.

I gave clear instructions to sales staff to not invoice the vehicle until I check the vehicle and give them go ahead.

It till them 1 hour to get a vehicle from the terrace to the ground floor (It was lunchtime, to be honest, so no worries about the delay). The Grazia that they bought had scratches on the front fender, side body panel, and exhaust cover. So rejected it straight away. They said they will get another piece in another 1 hour. So went home back to drop mom, and went back to the showroom with Dad this time.

The vehicle was still not brought even after 90 mins. Had to wait for 15 more minutes to get a new piece with was covered with dust, on request they washed the vehicle. Did complete check with PDI Checklist that I had and it passed my PDI. We did the remaining paperwork and rode back home.

Overall, in 10 km ride from showroom to home. The engine was super refined with no vibes at all during running. From a dead stop, there is a slight shudder though.
Braking was efficient and much better than Drums on Access. Seats were wide enough comfortable for me and Dad, we both are close to 6ft and around a century in kilograms. The pickup was very good and it was touching 60kmph in no time.

          6. Honda Re-sale value.

          Dislikes:
          1. Plastic in a few areas is flimsy (Front fender, front cubby hole, Plastic near handle area).
          2. External Fuel Cap.
          3. Suspension felt soft
          4. Honda SVCs

Yes, I took a gamble on Honda SVC, I hope Honda surprises me.

            congrats man.
as with any svc, stay around when the bike is being serviced.. mostly it will only require periodic oil changes (change gear oil at-least every alternate service.. even though honda says i think once a yr or two.. doesn't cost much and better carry your own gear oil like one from MAK spirol or bosch ep 90), and once in every two services ideally get the clutch side case opened, cleaned and inspected (belt, rollers, clutch components).

I do stay with the vehicle whenever I give to service. Thanks for the other inputs.

CR6HIX works on Activa 125. It should work for Grazia too. If not, try CPR7EAIX-9.

What mileage can we expect from this machine? Any and all input would be appreciated
I'm getting around 35 in city traffic condition. Last month I went for a ride where I covered 302km in one day. During that ride i got 46kmpl (my average cruising speed was around 70kmph). I have 2018 bs4 model.
