      I used Autosol Metal Polish.
Ordered angle grinder for buffing. Will post pics once I have polished it next week.

Which attachment did you use with the angle grinder? Can you post the link
I have the autosol cream but the process is too tiresome to do by hand
          Peace

This is the result of hand polishing,it took me total of 3 hrs. Thats why I have ordered the angle grinder and wool felt buffing pads.

Yes, I bought it from amazon. Not sure if autosol can be use on the exhaust. Autosol is abrasive and it might scratch the exhaust.

How do you guys handle hairline scratches in the tank?
Mine is Mark III (Black) and it shows up real bad...
frequent polishing might scrap clear coat and paint soon, and PPF application itself looks scary, using a sharp blade on tank.. etc.

I have got the GT in the black colour and i'm facing the same issue. A lot of scratches have started showing within a month of ownership. I am even afraid to remove dust from the tank as they would cause more scratches

Got the ECU updated today morning. Crossing 4350kms on my Ravishing Red INT.

Initial impressions after a 25kms mild traffic ride..

Throttle feels really crisp and responds even to the tiniest of inputs. Lower revs feels a bit more smooth now. Seems to have improved the overall low end acceleration.

                        Cheers

Was this update part of some servicing or a general update for all twins?

The update is for hiccups at high altitude to make it breath better at the height. You can get it done at your next service or whenever you have time , just confirm with your service center. I didn't feel any difference in throttle response after the update.

Hi Gordon, Barney here. I use Formula 1 Scratch Out Paste. it removes small scratches. Try it.
