The Valley Run 2014 was held on 25th & 26th January at Aamby Valley Airport Runway, similar to last year. This is India's biggest and FMSCI approved national level drag racing event. A large number of people participated in it and there were lots of spectators also. All kind of bikes were seen starting from 100 cc Yamaha RX-100 to 1400 cc Kawasaki ZX-14R.

The Star of the event was Rickey Gadson - 10 Times International Drag Racing Champion and also the first fully factory backed rider in drag racing.

There were lot of cars also.

A Real Biker, genuine guy, bundle of talent with so much experience and 10 world championships and still so humble. he was hanging around the start line whole day sometimes giving tips to newbies, sometimes just enjoying the event.


so what is this pic-- the man in red is ahead of Rickey in a drag race..?? .... not exactly .. the man in red had an engine seizure mid way during a race and our man rickey simply picked a ninja and ran to help him, rickey is actually bringing him back by pushing his bike with right leg - the way we indians do sometimes (bikers are same all over the world)
