    I was fortunate to be invited to an event with BMW Sauber F1 team. It was also the launch of the new X6 M and the X5 M. I have uploaded some initial images of the event for viewing.

      Gr8 shots pictured.... Dubai streets & highways are good for circuit-like feel but sadly speed is limited to something 120 or 140. Great machines too & thanks for capturing 'Ship of the Desert' alongside your sbk's... How is the experience on Autodrome there, have U been through the circuit !!! Don't miss the opening ceremony & fireworks in Yas Marinas, wish I'd some bugs to run overnight to DXB & witness launch of this new track.

      Don't know when India will be having similar excitement, thanks to our Politians, we are still not yet confirmed if we will have an Indian F1 or not......

                  Another boring track...and another boring race. Thanks to Webber's failing brakes to bring some excitement right at the finish but otherwise I could have slept through this one.

                  I wonder how they think races like these are a good thing for F1 - I've never been put off by the sport by any of the scandals...just boring races like these!

                    I agree with you 100%. Infact, the GP@ Asia was full of action and excitement and so was the Porsche Cup. I will be posting images of those races in a day or so.

                      ANd generally the support races seem to be more exciting nowadays.. both in F1 and MotoGP! THe main events have become more or less a first corner event and a procession after that.

                        U are very lucky to see & hear the roaring f-1 engines, once again U've taken amazing pics at close range... Season-ending finale was very entertaining especially right after Hamilton's failure & 2nd & 3rd position finishing fight between Webber & Button. Track is designed & contructed very impressively & Mr. Bernie himself is greatly impressed with luxury of Emiraties & their hospitality. Yas Marinas track was used by other Formula races as well as I saw on STAR Sports, this is the way how popularity is gained once a world-class track is laid.

                        Don't know when we Indians are inn for a similar treat for our IndianGP...

                          Having said that, next year should be interesting with the entry of the new teams and drivers.

                          The setup was awesome in every way including transport and access to the venue and out of it. Very Very well organized something to really appreciate.

                          Aerosmith also played last night and closed the event with an amazing concert !

                              Great pics!!!!

                              The race was complete boring, and I am still shocked to know how come the brake broke for Mclaren -Mercedes, which is near to impossible or Hamilton dint want to race.
