i just cant wait for the German round. Home race for BMW, Max Neukirchner, classic track. i want to see where those ducati mech are looking.

    and to add...

    THE NEW NINJA
Why would he need clearance from Gresini? Its not like they will be retaining him.
Its disheartening to see him struggle in the same with whom he has had 5 victories. My avataar pic is of him powersliding his way to victory.

Irony is that he has had more points with Hayate team last year at this point in the c'ship.

And the Ninja looks tasty. Hope it goes as fast as it looks. I have a soft spot for Kawasaki and would love them to do well.

All riders fall; some get back on, some don't, some can't...

    • IIRC Marco made Vale weep in his 2nd year in Moto GP, on the Honda & it was a satellite(?), I was waiting for the fun & games to begin this year, but am very disappointed.

Isn't it the pic of Philip island? last corner?

I don't know about making him weep but he was good, no doubt. You just don't win in MotoGP, no less on a satellite bike.

Yes, from PI with only one hand on the handlebar, smoking the rear tire and waving the crowp. EPIC!

        • Yep...that was a beautiful race by Melandri...aah what I'd give to see the 990's back in action....

But coming back to SBK, any idea if KTM's going to join the fray in '11 or '12??

Am really looking forward to the RC8 ripping tarmac with the rest...

Then we'd have 4 European: Ducati, Aprillia, BMW, KTM and 4 Japanese: Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki Manufacturers being represented on the WSBK grid and slugging it out on the world's best tracks with some of the best riders in the world...

now to stock up on the snacks and beer... :P

KTM? when they came out of with that Bike they realized it was miles slow compared to competition. so they enrolled in the WSTK instead. and still dead slow. but they keep getting good results on and off. though no factory support anymore they still ride. some Spanish rider rides for a private team and he currently sits outside the top 10. the way the wSTK has been this year every other riders besides AYRTON BADOVINI looks outside the top 10.

oh! and Ducati have pulled out for next year.

            Nurburgring QP coming up.

Yeah, I know Ducati have pulled out factory support, but that probably won't mean there won't be any more 1098s on the grid...so in essence, they will be represented as I mentioned...

With reference to the KTMs, it's a pity they're too slow...guess they don't believe in winning on Sundays and Selling the next day...

If KTM's too slow, what about MV Agusta...I know they're doing alright in WSTK...Hopefully, they'll jump in with factory support sooner or later to fill out the void left by Ducati...

              EDIT:

UPDATE: Max takes the Aprillia to Pole in Nurburgring...followed by Checa and Guintolli...
