When I read ^^^ I was happy thinking they're going to introduce some exciting 200cc's.time it will be positioned as a premium priced scooter

We all know what happens to the brands that pack up and leave the country.Piaggio Gets Euro 45mn Loan, Set to Re-Enter India to blow up the amount and be bankrupt and debt-ridden again
They lose all respect and faith of the people.
Nobody even wants to give them a shot.
The people feel that the brands can pack up and leave anytime.
A living example of this is LML.
It packed up and left.
Now its back with its scooters, but nobody bothers.
Another proof(but on 4 wheels) is Premier or PAL as we know it.
The Rio is a decent product but, well, nobody wants to even consider it.
So piaggio, stay away.Comment

The Italian brand makes beautiful scooters - I would definitely buy one if they are like anything which is sold abroad. And I am not really too stuck up on the 'cc's' of the scooter, which is a highly over-rated element in India anyway.Comment

It'd be nice to see their Vespa's on Indian roads.. Finally there would be options in scooters! I'd love to roam around on a scooter, just to chill, paint it in nice colours and wear large flowered shirts with large sunglasses!! RETRO STYLE BABY!!!Comment
