I see the first one in doldrums, and there is already speculation of another one?

No-one will come to India to race, giving the same old reason "India is not safe"

Though this might be useful for bullock cart races.

Who 'no-one' exactly you refer to?? The current F1teams?
Ferrari? Mclaren? Merc? Renault? RedBull? which one? Or the Force India?? Or you just simply say that no-one in the world would come to India for racing?

I mean the drivers will find excuses to not come.

Like see all major athletes are avoiding CommonWealth games, by giving one excuse or another.

Rossi came for Yamaha, Hayden came to open a Ducati showroom, David Coulthard drove around Bandra-Worli Sea link, Cris Pfeiffer toured stunting all around India & so on...
All came for a few days for one or the other promotional events.
Though they came for bits & pieces of events, Same no. of days can be used for a race aswell.
