  • Honda CBF125 is best-selling bike in the UK

    The Honda CBF125 is the best-selling motorcycle in the UK so far for 2010.

    As usual, 125cc motorcycles are way ahead, with the Honda CBF125 selling 2,022 bikes this year.

    The best-selling 'big bike' was the Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade, which ranked 4th with 1,219 new registrations.



    Here are the top 10 selling motorcycles so far in 2010:

    1 - Honda CBF125 - 2,022
    2 - Yamaha YBR125 - 1,869
    3 - Yamaha YZF-R125 - 1,706
    4 - Honda CBR1000RR - 1,219
    5 - Yamaha XC125 Vity - 1,177
    6 - BMW S1000RR - 1,174
    7 - BMW R1200GS - 1,164
    8 - BMW R1200GS Adventure - 1,083
    9 - Honda VFR1200 - 886
    10 - BMW R1200RT - 845

          Now these are some funny numbers.
          Even the chinese bike makers who came to India for sometime only might have sold more number of bikes then these figures.

          Anyways, ours is a diffrent market and their's complelty diffrent.
          But great to know that It's Honda on top.

              Bring those bikes to India.....it will sell in better numbers(provided th price remains under 90k)

                  There is relaxation of few rules for these SMALL vehicles, not sure small queen. Roads are pretty good.

                        Just for comparo Kawasaki managed to sell 1000 Ninja 250R's in a year in India.

                          They are either selling the 125s or the litre bikes. Not a big market for the middleweights it seems.I hope they dump all those unsold 600s in India.

                            CBF125 is sold in India as CBF Stunner PGM-FI version. This bike is not low on technology. It is sold as an entry level bike in UK.

                              It's Not CBF150 but 125.
                              CBF 150 was the name given to Honda Unicorn (atleast in the service manual.)
