I know Doc is on Ducati for the next season but how sure are you he wont stick to it... Is he taking retirement after 2011 seasonOriginally posted by xionite View Postread an article about this in the Times a few weeks ago...
F1 seems possible next year itself.
MotoGP soon... but it's unlikely to be here by 2012.
so the Doc might not ride in India.
... Doc on or off Ducati ,its great to see F1 and MotoGP coming to India ...

man, i wish the Govt provides good, safe roads and speedways to commute between two cities in shorter time, build better fly overs, manage traffic better keeping in mind the expansion of towns and cities through the nation and only after achieving a respectable level in the above mentioned fields venture into building f1 and gp tracks. this might make me look anti-bike enthusiast types but I am so fed up of having to adjust to poor standards and complete lack of competence by our leaders. they fail in the fundamentals and want to indulge in f1 and gp which is restricted only to the creme de la creme. democracy my a**. If they really care about nurturing talent and giving all a chance, the state along with private players must invest a good amount in building medium sized tracks in all metro's where membership is not for the elite but entry is charged at a nominal fee and as long as rules are followed all are welcome to participate and to watch. this could turn into a revenue making venture as there are enough motorheads in India to make this a success. just my opinion...Originally posted by freekoo View PostMe too.....there are plans of a racetrack in Maharashtra. If everything goes to according to plan then it will be even more fun to watch motogp take place in maharashtra
