    Compared to the other litre bikes, this bike is great VFM. At less than 10L on the road you get an inline-4 , 150PS motorcycle.
    Although, if Yamaha brought it in by CKD/SKD, it surely would have fallen below 8 and then its a steal.

        It still remains a steal compared to the other bikes in the market!

        You get a faired Sbk, litre class with 150Ps, excellent low end usable torque, pretty decent handling and all the usual goodies like a twin spar frame etc...

        I am seriously thinking about this one!
        The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

          Unless I am mistaken the 796 is 9.17 OTR. So its still cheaper than the FZ1, but add another 40 odd grand, you get almost twice the power and a full blown litre bike.

          Of course it doesnt look as good.

              Ken - no fairing. The FZ1 in India will be full naked and no ABS.
