Manufacturers like Bajaj and TVS lobby big time in the Govt circles to keep the import duty at 110% so they dont have to face global competition. You and me keep getting ridiculous products is the aftermath of that.
TVS bringing in Triumph is fantastic news if true! Hopefully in time they will go the Harley way or even better, start off with CKD route!

I hope they bring in the Bonnevile in. It s been a dream to get this legendary bike. By the end of the year we will have a choice we Thumper fans will have the choice Triumph, RE and the baap Harley Davidson hopefully. Two brit singles and American twin.. Whatever it is, i seriously hope there is some amount of knowledge sharing between the two companies which would hopefully inject a new aura into the products from TVS.Comment
