They could try and find out the list of people who were turned down dealership opportunities by HH & Bajaj and use them for setting up a dealership in those same towns where they were turned down.. This will ensure that they will effectively reach out because, when a rejected guy gets a chance to prove himself, boy will he make other dealers crap in their pants..

When a C-Class town like Ajmer (in the 2001 Census though) can have a Honda Dealership, why are they worrying so much? The thing they should be worrying are Service Quality with the CBR250R and Production Quantity.
One of my friends on my recommendation, went for an Aviator. It had a waiting period of 4-5 months. Only recently could he get it, after paying a heavy booking amount of course.
Heck, even if they produce the CBR600F here, they would still be in waiting period, there's so much demand for a Honda!---
