  • HELLCAT! - The latest from Confederate Motorcycles

    By:BSM |Published :April 21, 2011

Avid V-twin enthusiasts know the versatility that this engine format provides. On the one hand, you have the cruiser boys on their Harleys and on the other, you have the racers on their Ducatis and the like. But Confederate, with their imposing and futuristic looking motorcycles, have found middle ground.

Now there's a new hell-raiser just around the corner and it's Confederate's third-generation Hellcat. The C3 X132, as its maker calls it, will be produced this year, with a mere 150 units to be manufactured.

According to their website, 26 bikes have already been spoken for. So if you can conjure up about Rs 20-odd lakh and have space for a massive 2160cc V-twin powered motorcycle in your garage, you should be booking one right now at Work & Cycle.

Bro, it aint GERMAN. Confederate is an ALL-AMERICAN company owned by Matt Chambers.

I didn't like this bike. Their HELLCAT F131 was the only model that I have really ever loved and admired. IIRC they have again started the HELLCATs with this model. The F131 was a kick-ass bike. I think it was even featured in the movie WAR starring JET LI and JASON STATHAM.

Though it look ugly than its other sibling F131, look at the output from this machine...Possibly it can be for somebody like Dhoni to have one among the steed and just for the adrenaline rush can ride once in a while

Otherwise parked safely and use other bikes for the joy of riding & look for other bikes where we can throw money and just for the fame of being the 1st person in India / Asia to get 1 such bike.

Even if I had "money coming just from some lottery" I wouldnt buy one such, instead will go for some refined ones like the BMW's & Yamaha's or Harley's
Never Give up on something that you can't go a day without thinking about.

                          Cheers

A 'wanna be design'. Poor 3D job. It seems that they don't know their way around a computer. lol

Never liked the hell cats and dont think i ever will. For me the designer just gets confused if he needs to design a chopper or otherwise and ends up with a utterly un comfortable bike. These machines are good for individuals whose money is not getting contained within the allotted safe and there is always room for one more in their garage.
This is purely a personal opinion. I would rather spend that money on Indian Larry's chopper than on a hellcat.
