seen it before on the forum.. moreover its a judgement dated 2007!
so more of a FYI than news!| Judging a bike by a cubic capacity yardstick is like judging a female by her bra size |

Damn, This emergency treatment is not the actual scenario...!
One guy rode his bike without any headlights on, in pitch dark, I couldn't see him, so crashed into him then onto the road. My right arm was broken instantly. Helmet saved my head but I had to carry the right arm using my left hand becoz it was hanging painfully...
In this accident on 2010, Aug 3, my dad had to face all sorts of harrasment regarding whether your son was drunk (!), we won't treat without police complaint and approval, call police first, deposit money first, where is the other guy whom your son crashed into, etc, etc.
My dad argued for about 2 hours, till the time I sat crying holding my broken arm with my left hand on a stretcher. The bone protruding through the skin and blood flowing uncontrollably making my whole arm & hand red, and I couldn't stand the pain so I was shouting like anything. Although I just couldn't cry but the pain was... 3rd degree... at the best.
If next time I see a hospital staff misbehaving against anyone, I'll take a steel rod and break their head and arms!! And then stop their treatment until police was called!! Even if anyone sends me to jail for it!!!
Was I escaping from the hospital with my one arm hanging and paining? These govt. hospital idiots!!
This thread bought a lot of bad memories. I wonder why a 2007 thread was approved. What a frightful & painful night it was. No offense to anyone though... Sorry Mods.Last edited by Samarth 619; 05-06-2011, 12:22 AM. Reason: Added accident info. corrected spelling mistakes.---

Yes.. looks great on paper.. but I dont know if practically this will be possible as the hospital would not want to take any chances and police will only be interested in making money out of the emergency.Originally posted by stuntababe urvashi patole View PostGreat news the Supreme Court has announced now that any person who meets road accidents can be taken to nearby hospital and provided treatment asap without any paperwork or technicalities.
