Just increase the number of vendors per city and see how things progress. In Vadodara Harshil motors is the only vendor and they are looting public left and right as far as spare parts pricing goes.
EDIT: Funny thing is, you can negotiate with this guys and at-least save 300 - 400 rupees.My thoughts are subjected to personal experiences/internet articles. Please read my comment carefully before replying. :)Comment
