TVS needs a product like the Discover which has a good brand recall and which will bring in the numbers.

The Flame hasn't done what it was supposed to do. To me the Victor has a better brand recall than its current Sport, Star or Jive.

If the Victor news is True, then looks like TVS is definitely waking up.

Yeah. It, sure, is for Pulsar only. Didn't get what do you mean by "how did it come about?" here

If you are asking about "bigger" Pulsar thing then the rumour is winding in the market for quite a long now

The next Bike India will have some info about the new TVS bike. All I can say is that they have a powerful liquid cooled engine ready.
