      Drool Maall..!!

Just that the average seat height of 860 mm is too much for average height Indians

That's because in most of Europe, after the..

[1] First level of licencing which limits to 125 cc, 15 PS, 16-18 years of age.

      it is the..

[2] Second level of licencing which limits to 33-34 Ps/bhp (with no Engine cc limitation) and (if I remember correctly probably) till 20-21 years of age.

That's why most 600 cc bikes come with an option of limiting the bhp output to 33-34 Ps/bhp, till European biker blokes graduate to the next level of licencing. That's one reason why the Ninja 250R currently makes 33 Ps.

You said it.. but "stilts" would be a better word here

"Seat height" is one specification detail which I look even before the power/torque figures.

              Aaha...nice tactics!!! I'm wondering, if there's a technology barrier to restrict SBK's from 33/60 & full.

Also this provoked another question - How does the law ensure that a person holding second level license IS riding with 33Ps & not with 48 hp on the road
