I am planning to ride from Coorg to Ooty. Google maps gives you three options: 1. Coorg - Hunsur - Sargur - Gundlupet - Bandipur - OOty, 2. Coorg - Hunsur - Mysore - Nanjangud - bandipur - ooty. These two are regular routes. Option 3. Coorg - Gonikoppal - Kutta - Kattikulam - Panamaram - Sultan Bathery - Gudalur - Ooty. Is the 3rd option the same as the shell motoring route? It will be of great help to know the places on the way to Ooty from Coorg. I was thinking of another route : OOTY - HUNSUR - HD KOTE - SULTAN BATHERY - OOTY. Any idea about this route guys? Would really appreciate the inputs.
