These are quite decent hp & range figures, Wonder what kind of torque it kicks up...

Very costly if you ask me. 35 HP while costing almost 5 Lakhs doesn't make sense to me.

Ok, how does 100-120 NM expected torque (from 0 rpm, upto 70% of max rpm...) for Rs. 5 Lac sound?
And What does the Ninja 650 make? 66NM? And GT makes even lesser.

Electric Vehicles are never comparable to Petrol ones... differences are too obvious.

I must say, riding my dad's 25 kmph YoBike (now sold) was definitely fun, atleast until you reach 25 kmph and hunt for 2nd gear which isn't there.
So, this 35 bhp would be hellish fun I expect!

I know what you are talking about, I myself own a Yo EXL R which has true 55 kmph top speed, but if you ask me to pay 5 lakh for this, i am sorry, i don't think it's worth my money.
