Great news Gliff! I'm glad I didn't wait for the Honda bike to be launched. Well as of now I don't see any threat to Hero Honda due to the 150cc Honda bike. The CBZ isn't selling any way. But if the upgraded CBZ comes before March and delivers refinement and fuel-efficiency with some updated looks, it'll be good to watch HHML & HMSCI in some tough competition! - MAX.

I am not sure but we must expect CBR class of bikes here in India.
They are already famous in Latin America, check the below link.

This can be a good bike for Indian roads and standards

Is it worth waiting for this bike, as it would cost near to 90,000 INR

If not what could be its possible cost to compete with Pulsar and upgraded CBZ

I thinks Honda might launch the NSR series in India as they are cheaper than CBR Series

                hey people,

I think they'll most probably launch the CBR, NSR or FSX cos according to the company these might be bought in from thailand, which according to the company is a similar market to india.

                      Dear Ranbanka,

I think with CBR being liquid cooled engine and CBF being Natural Air Cooled Engine, it would suit indian conditions well being pocket friendly, but bbbbbI still am not very sure if 150cc CBF is manufactured by Honda.

And yes there is one 125cc CBR liquid cooled engine available, will it be upgraded to 150cc and then launched in India is still anyone's guess ??

                        Hi,
There was some unconfirmed news abt honda launching a CBR in the 200+cc segment to compete againt the zma and the upcoming tvs and Bajaj products for this segment.
I had read abt Honda and HH contract expiry in June2004.
With hero guys tying up with Aprilia(though it is only abt scooters presently) and Honda planning to bring a 150cc bike in India the alliance seems to weaken.

                            Hi,

If honda and hero motors have really extended the contract then why is Honda trying to compete with it's 'own' products...
It could become a classic case like that of Aerial-tide blow-out
