    these are the old engine specs. the new engine is expected to have a significant improvement. should be on par with r15 v2

          if they dare launch this 'pikachu' pokemmon looking horrible character in India.. Yamaha should sack those designers and make them do a naked mile walk... R15 and FZ are one heck of a looker why spoil the trend of if it ain't broke don't fix it design philosophy??

            i am interested in the Vixion tripple clamp (crown) and cables (if required) to use it on the R15 and fix conventional handle bar so as to have a relaxed riding position suitable for my ailing spine

                This brand wud never come to India.............

                What we wud be getting is a FZ25 for sure.............who knows how it would look.

                My safe guess would be a beefed up FZ16 body with a long stroke and proportionately bored out mill of R15 to 250cc.

                  V-ixion Faired Concept

                  A faired concept of the new Vixion was presented at the Jakarta Motorcycle Show today.

                  Yamaha Hadirkan Lorenzo Motor Konsep dan Bagi Hadiah di JMCS 2012 - Otomotifnet : Mega Portal Berita dan Komunitas Otomotif

                  The concept bike had previously been leaked in a blog and is purported to be the future version of the Vixion.



                  As can be seen, it has the swing-arm of the R125/R15 v2. But the whole styling as such is quite different, with an underseat exhaust, single-seater, single headlight, etc.
