I don't think Digi consoles are that big at least in this category. For example: Sales of the new Discover series (100/125/150) took off quite well after the price was rationalized, new engine and chassis replaced the old one and features like Digital Speedo was removed.

and there is very less information as of now.
only thing i liked was digi console, which seems to be better than other 125 CC bikes, so wanted you guys to take a look->

Autocar has posted a spypic of the bike being testing without any disguise and it seems to be the production version.

On the initial glance it resembled like Hero Passion. Just a simple commuter. Only test ride can reveal if it can claim of any unique selling propostionComment

That way, you get a bit of mileage in terms of the USP.
Things without a USP also sells in India, as much as anything else. Its just that we the informed ones are growing to be obssessed with USPs.

This is the reason why we see Salman in his Dabaag get up mouth "Yun Hi Nahi Chalate" for the Hayate.. and Akshay say "Sach Kar Denge Sapne" for the Dream Yuga (all verbose lines as the products are not that unique enough). If there exists a clear USP then one doesn't need to try to convince the common people so hard.
