Study says biking is in the blood - Motorcycle news : General news - Visordown

"Our research tells us that most bikers were introduced to biking through a family member and that all questions related to the ‘NS’ gene personality traits (such as being a risk-taker) and the biker’s emotional attachment to his or her bike resulted in very high scores.

"This reveals that the majority of biking families will be passing on an ‘NS’ gene, which in turn is also being reinforced by an environment in which bikers are setting an example and sharing their love of biking - it’s certainly ‘in the blood’ from what I can see!”

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

My grandpa was in Army. He maybe rode some horses only, that's it.

My dad used an Ind-Suzuki 100cc 2 stroke for commuting only, in the 80's. And later on he purchased a Bajaj Scooter...

I took my first pillion ride on this Ind Suzuki, when I was -6 months old.
Yeah, Minus 6. I mean, my dad riding and my mom as pillion, when they were expecting me. Got it?

So, maybe its not in my DNA... But I still love riding bikes like anything. Don't know why. When I got my first bike in 2005, the TVS Centra... it felt free & strong. And that's how my biking life started... And today, 8 years later, the same thing is still alive in me.
