TVS Motor Company reported a 30 per cent decline in motorcycle sales during November 2003 at 48,052 units compared to 68,631 units recorded in the same month last year, reports PTI. The company expects the declining trend to continue in December.

[u]The company expects to launch two new four-stroke motorcyles - TVS Centra and an upgraded 125cc Victor - in the new year.
In the scooter segment (100cc category), the company registered a 42 per cent growth with sales of 16,827 units in November 2003 compared to 11,815 units sold last year during the same period.

Moped sales registered a 13 per cent rise by clocking 20,601 units last month as compared to 18,285 units last year, the release added
