sadly for a lot of ppl, the best bikes are still manufactured by hero only, recently a friend of mine upgraded from splendour to a 150 CC bike, so he asked me, i gave him a couple of choices based on his requirement.

but his response was like, (1) bajaj does not make good quality bikes, (2) yamaha bikes are all sports bikes (lol), (3) Honda bikes are all costly, (4) companies like TVS and Suzuki simply does not exist.

i was like, dude, then why did ask my opinion.

    he chose hero Hunk.

the situation is similar to ...like, if you ask any elderly person, whon you will vote, they will answer--> congress....why...because of indira gandhi.... WTF.

Bro,RE have been refreshed with improved techs periodically, though slow.Well splendour can still continue making money for Hero for next couple of years...
1 more thing,Hero knows,it,itself cant even replace Splendour. Remember, how the Splendour NXG flopped...even though it looked much better than the classic splendour.
