            Pulsars are used by many states. This the "Cheetah" paint scheme in Bangalore. Even the Nepal police uses the 220!

                Government is gambling with the lives of poor public servants. None of these cops have acceptable riding gears to safely utilize these bikes. At least the officers with IPS should be in a position to safeguard the lives of their subordinates , forget the great uneducated political criminals.
