  • 2013 Honda PCX 150 could be coming to India

Honda has been the strongest player in the scooter market in India ever since it came out with the Activa. It still dominates sales and almost every other scooter that has come out after the Activa has tried to replicate in some way the success formula that Honda got right. Now to continue its dominant success, sources tell us that Honda is contemplating to bring in the PCX 150 to India. The Honda PCX 150 is a premium maxi scooter that has much bigger proportions than any other scooter that is currently on sale in India. The only other scooter that made an entry in this segment earlier was the Kinetic Blaze which probably was quite ahead of its times. Right now the two wheeler market in India is taking in pretty much anything thrown at it and especially the gear-less scooter segment is seeing some massive interest and that is in turn showing in terms of the volumes sold. The Honda PCX 150 is powered by a fuel injected 153cc liquid cooled engine, yes you heard right, liquid cooled and fuel injected, this would be the first scooter in India to feature these. These premium features would mean that the PCX 150 would definitely be priced quite high too. Expect a on-road price upwards of INR80,000. Take a look at the specifications below for a better look at the PCX 150. Honda PCX 150 India specifications

@Krish: Please mention a source for this news.
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.
