    Chandigarh cops use novel method to get women to use helmets!

    Traffic police personnel have decided to give gifts to women on two wheelers who use a helmet.

      Why Does this "method" not apply to the men? :P I am losing my hair after all these years and i think a gift could be of some consolation. Where are the Men's right people now We want equality :P

              While i appreciate this initiative from the cops, id like to know who is funding these "gifts"? As long as they are paying from their own pockets its well and good, if not I think the tax payers money needs to be invested in better roads which can prevent majority of the accidents in this country.
