I've a couple of questions in this regard:

How much will it cost?

A set of HSRP plates for four-wheelers cost Rs. 334 and for two-wheelers Rs. 111. Commercial vehicle owners need to shell out Rs. 134 while Heavy Commercial Vehicles are required to pay Rs. 258 (including taxes). The plates also come with a minimum guarantee of five years.

What are the current prices.

How do I get one? How long will it take?
To get an HSRP installed in your vehicle, owners would have to visit the local RTO, where the new plate will be issued within 48 hours upon showing the smart registration cards.

I got it from road side dealers in 2011 paying ₹ 500/-, I know they're fake.

- No Snap Lock
- No Laser Code
- No self destructive sticker with the engine and chassis numbers of the vehicle
- the chromium-based chakra hologram is different from the ones on ₹ 700/- plates of that time.

I'm from Bengaluru, any information pertaining to Karnataka will be helpful.
