Motul is not only expensive but does almost the same job as that of Shell Advanced Ultra, I found it's not worth the cost.

Edit - I'm really not sure what's a big thing to make this as news because, I've bought 7100 20W50 nearly 2 years ago & 300V 10W40 about 6 months ago. All these products were being sold by Motul, not sure what's new? Technology or the new graphic can?
Though this thread is pretty old and I have stumbled upon this recently, Aargee's and my observations are all the very same. I reported the same sometime back, not able to find out where and thought it was my thought only. Though nothing against Motul, but having seen its performance in 150 and 220 Cc, Shell is much better. Motul (in my opinion) is very much good for bikes which are in high rev range. Indian bikes are more on the soft side and low rev range for which smooth acceleration and low vibration is synonymous. Daily commuters need is more than satisfied by Shell and for long drain period. People who rip their bikes at every signal and pockets full of cash, Motul is their best friend.
