    World's most expensive motorcycle made of gold!

    Turkish Motorcycle Designer in Ankara, Turkey claims to have made the most expensive motorcycle in the world. He has applied to the Guiness Book of World Records for the honour of having built the most expensive motorcycle.

    Tarhan Telli, the Turkish designer who has made this motorcycle says that it took him more than a year to complete this bike. He hopes that Guiness will accept his entry. Currently this record is held by the MTT Turbine Superbike, which is powered by a Rolls Royce Allison Engine @ $185000 (Rs 1,01,75,000).

    This Turkish Creation weighs in at 315 kilograms. Its engine is 1801cc, which produces 125 HP. Chassis and body shell of the motorcycle , which has 6 forward gearboxes, are made of white and yellow gold lieves. The relief of mythological hero Medusa is placed on its fuel tank, while there are snake figures on its chassis and fender.

      The previous record was held by a technological marvel, while the attempting record breaker is a gold slab on wheels. I feel the title was more justified for the MTT - somehow never appreciated this fancy for "Most Expensive" titles by creating/covering 'normal' things out of precious metal and stones. Vertu Phones, anybody?

        Bro, MTT let down the audience big time in Aamby Valley this month. It may have a jet engine, but if a fully dragstip prepped MTT fails to launch, forget racing to the end of the drag strip, its just a 2 crore paper weight.

        (I know some people claimed that the battery died, blah blah...)

          Failures do happen, bro! Hope their 420hp edition would have some better QC!

                dint knew turkish designers have such a bad taste or art... forget bout gold..had it been steel/aluminium body.. the design itself is sadistic...

                hung somewhere in between classics and modern choppers..

                  And pray, where is the gold? All I can see is shades of grey and rust everywhere! Or am I looking at the 'primary' bike which will end up plated in gold?

                    That's the bike for Flintstones.

                    And that bike front shocks are not even telescopic. They are like what activa and dio have. Front comes up instead of diving down while front breaking.
