Now as Honda released an upcoming entry-level Adv. bike teaser which is going to be another version of Hornet 2.0 called Cb190x in China. Now confirmation from Honda Motorcycle India is going to be on 19th August. Here are few details which are available on the internet.
Honda has a big lineup of 190cc models in China which it retails under the ‘CB’ moniker. Among them is the CBF 190X which is an entry-level Adventure motorcycle first introduced in 2016.
The new baby CBF is more of a road-going adventure machine and comes equipped with a 184.4 cc, single-cylinder 2 valve engine. It is capable of producing 16.86 PS of peak power at 8000 rpm and 16.3 Nm of max torque at 7000 rpm.
It appears to have higher travel upside-down front suspension and a rear mono-shock. It is mounted on a half-faired, smart looking body. In place of the underbelly exhaust of the older version, the 2020 CBF 190X gets a conventional side-mounted exhaust canister. There is a transparent windshield to protect from wind blasts along with an engine protector.
Since this is more of an on-road ADV, Honda is offering it with alloy wheels and what looks like road tyres. It has a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres and weighs 149 kilos. Petal disc brakes at both ends are aided by Antilock Braking System (ABS). There is a digital cockpit that displays info along with the gear position.
Honda CBF190X Price
The CBF 190X costs 16,380 yuan which equates to roughly 1.78 Lakhs in INR for the base variant.
It is sold in five colours – Black, White, Red, Grey and tri-colour white/red/blue.
