Had read about this in Topgear India & even they were amazed! Great work guys. I think Pune really has some innovative minds earlier there was a guy in pune who had installed NOS in his Karizma.

A masterpiece of engineering, I must say. Wow, I can only imagine how it feels to be atop that monstrous 700cc V-Twin. Awesome, Dean and Andy, Hats (helmets) off!

we can only imagine the kind of efforts required.

and what is with the poll, not only in india, but in most parts of world, modified vehicles are illegal, you need do the paperwork and get it endorsed in RC book about modifications.

This motorcycle had been displayed at the India Bike Week too. I dont think Overdrive magazine made a video of this, but this bike was reviewed by nearly all the Indian magazines

Hi guys, I mailed Dean and Andy and asked about the road legality of this bike and their reply was "The bike / engine are certainly not road legal .... but we are working towards getting it legal as per all the present norms". Hope our government will bring flexible laws someday that will encourage such creativity on cars and bikes.

                            Looks like a brilliant effort!

Its about time the RTOs start giving one off registrations for 'custom' or 'experimental' vehicles. I don't even mind if the registration is expensive and limited for just a year.

Can you imagine the change in automotive scene it will cause?

Just a question I had lingering in my mind. Whenever we look at twin cylinder enfields being developed by bike builders today (carberry, musket and now dean & anand), they choose the v-twin route. However (pl correct me if i am wrong), most british twins of the bygone era were parallels (enfield, norton, triumph).

Just wondering the reson for the preferemce of v-twins over parallels.
