With the WN7, Honda takes a big step towards e-motorcycles. It, in fact, represents the original incarnation of which was shown at EICMA in 2024 as the EV FUN Concept. The new Honda WN7 weighs 217 kg and is equipped with an 18 kW electric motor (an 11 kW version for A1 licences will also be available).
Honda claims performance comparable to a 600 CC, but the torque of 100 Nm is equivalent to 1,000 CC. This machine will offer more than 130km of range from its fixed lithium-ion battery.
The Honda WN7 is compatible with automotive-grade CCS2-compatible rapid charging, meaning a 20-80% ‘top up’ charge is possible in just 30 minutes, with a 6kVA ‘wall box’ home charger completing a full 0-100% charge in under 3 hours. European customers can submit WN7 pre-orders through their local Honda dealership.
