Aprilia India has introduced the all-new SXR GT range of scooters, bringing with it a distinctive interpretation of urban touring for a bold new era, creating a range that combines presence, performance, and comfort in equal measure. Conceived for riders who expect more from their ride, the new SXR GT range is designed to seamlessly transition from urban commutes to weekend getaways. It bridges the gap between the convenience of a city scooter and the raw power of a highway-ready motorcycle!

The all-new Aprilia SXR GT has been designed to stand apart. Its large proportions, bold graphics and urban-touring character give the scooter a commanding presence on the road, reinforcing its position as a premium, performance-oriented offering.
LED Front light: The signature Tripod LED front light further strengthens the scooter’s unmistakable Aprilia identity. Powerful LED front lights make dusk and night rides confidence-inducing while intensely lighting the way.
Graphics and colour range: Striking body graphics and six never-before-seen liveries give the Aprilia SXR GT range an unmistakable presence, setting it apart from the conventional and designed to match different rider personalities.
The SXR GT 125 comes in three unique colours with sophisticated graphics for a refined, premium look.
PERFORMANCE AT THE TOP
At the heart of the all-new SXR GT is an evolved high-performance air-cooled engine, available in 175cc hp-e and 125cc hp-e configurations.
Big engine, bigger performance: The 125cc and 175cc hp-e engines have been developed to deliver improved power and torque, stronger acceleration and enhanced overall performance, giving riders greater confidence and responsiveness across everyday riding conditions as well as longer journeys and fuel economy in line with the customer expectations for daily rides.
The SXR GT 175cc hp-e engine produces 9.76 kW at 7,200 rpm and 14.14 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm, while the SXR 125’s 125cc hp-e engine delivers 7.8 kW at 7,400 rpm and 10.4 Nm of torque at 6,200 rpm. The performance-focused character of the SXR GT complements its urban-touring positioning, offering riders more performance for cruising while retaining the versatility expected from a premium scooter.
The evolved engine is also BSVI OBD II Stage B compliant and compatible with E20 fuel, combining the performance upgrade with improved environmental compatibility.
14-Inch Wheels: Confidence Across Every Journey: The SXR GT’s more assertive stance, built around larger 14-inch wheels, a first for the segment, lends it both sharper handling and a smoother, fatigue-free ride over longer distances.
The larger wheel setup provides a more planted stance while contributing to a smoother riding experience over varied road surfaces. This becomes particularly relevant when the scooter moves beyond short urban commutes and into longer-distance touring, where stability and comfort play an increasingly important role.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY: CONNECTED TO THE RIDE
The SXR GT 175 introduces a new level of technology to the SXR GT range with a premium 5-inch TFT display and additional switches integrated into the handlebar controls. The TFT screen brings key riding and connectivity information together in a clear and contemporary interface. The system features Bluetooth connectivity, music management, call management and navigation, allowing riders to remain connected while keeping essential information accessible during the ride. The SXR GT 175 also features turn-by-turn navigation, helping riders navigate unfamiliar routes with greater ease. The SXR GT 125 features a 5-inch LCD.
SAFETY AND CONTROL
The SXR GT 175 hp-e is equipped with ABS on the front wheel, adding enhanced braking control to its performance-oriented package. The combination of the larger 14-inch wheels, front disc brake and ABS is designed to provide riders with greater confidence across varied riding conditions. The SXR GT 175 hp-e also receives a new muffler with integrated heat protection, adding functionality to the scooter’s performance-oriented package. The SXR GT 125 hp-e is equipped with a 220 mm front disc brake and a 140 mm rear drum brake, offering optimal braking.
