TVS Motor Co. has started operations in neighboring Myanmar, by inaugurating their first dealership in the country.
TVS has inaugurated its dealership in Mandalay. The dealership was inaugurated by the Road Transport Minister of the country and TVS Motor's director. The function also saw participation by the Chief Minister of Mandalay, along with other cabinet ministers.
The motorcycles being sold at the dealership will have four models from the Indian lineup and three from the Indonesian lineup. The Neo, Rockz and Tormax are the Indonesian models. While the RTR 160, Wego, Scooty Pep+, and Scooty Streak are the Indian models.
The assembly and service personnel have been given extensive training by the company, to ensure customer satisfaction. Product dispatches have begun and so far, TVS has received a good response and positive feedback for their products.
