Yamaha has been growing steadily in the past few months after the launch of their scooters - the Ray and now the Ray Z. The company has good growth figures, but in absolute terms is still far from challenging TVS for fourth place.

Bajaj's new launches in the commuter segment has not seemed to have clicked with the market, as the company took a tumble in the slowed down market.

Hero Moto Corp has also been effected with the market slowdown, as their have been steadily losing numbers in the battle to remain number one in the future.

TVS Motor desperately needs to get something right, that will click with the market, as the sales have been falling for too many months and quarters.

News of Honda figures is yet to be found out.

Looks like Yamaha still has to go a long way to reach the likes of the rest.......... The launch of flagship R15 & Fz did work wonders for'em.
