    News Approved.

One day, Yamaha's limited editions won't remain limited anymore. FZ got limited editions, R15 got limited editions, and now the Ray gets it. And they're produced in good numbers too. Is this a strategy by Yamaha?

EDIT: Please understand that I'm not critical of Yamaha. Countless times, I have appreciated R15 & FZ on Xbhp itself. R15 is one of the best motorcycles I ever rode. Maybe the best there is. This post only communicates that how many performance motorcycles have received their limited editions, and how this as a Strategy, might go ineffective in the long term.

Too many limited editions will not have people crowding the showrooms. Limited editions are good weapons to boost sales once in a while. But doing so again and again, I'm not sure what would it result in... Hope my point is clear. Let's hope it works out for Yamaha.

The only people at Yamaha who have sleepless nights are the graphic designers!! Yamaha its high time to stop this gimmick.

I am a Yamaha Fan but I am not surprised saying that now Yamaha is only a company which colors the current product instead of some better competitions in Indian market.
I personally feel if you can't give a better competition then wipe off your presence!!
Honda and Bajaj is preety ahead in this competition!!
