    BMW S1000R and R1200RT Released at EICMA: xBhp News

    BMW Motorrad launched an all new motorcycle in the form of the S1000R. A street naked on the basis of their Sportsbike the S1000RR.

    BMW Motorrad finally answered the prayers of fans by unveiling the BMW S1000R, a streetfighter bases on their highly successful Sportsbike. The difference between the two is the dropping of an R and 30 bhp! The bike produces 160 bhp and redlines 2000 rpm earlier. The bike weighs in at 207 kg.

    The BMW S1000R sports a race ABS, Automatic Stability Control (ASC), Rain & Road riding modes, and Dynamic Traction Control (DTC). The 2014 BMW S1000R is available in non-metallic Racing Red, metallic Frozen Dark Blue, and non-metallic Light White liveries, and will be available in March/April 2014.

            The S1000 is looking like its incomplete, something is really missing from it.....

            BTW can someone post the front look, I want to see the headlight.....?
