      ismart seems like the name of a mobile phone model. luxurious seat texture is a feature .. oops. aerodynamic ..what.. didn't hear correctly.

      ok they are improving the splendour, its good. but didn't like the paint job and the name.

          I find this new Splendor very attractive, and i believe Bajaj Discovers and the TVS commuters would be having a really tough competition. Splendor is a lot of people's favourite in the commuter segment, and coming out with this design : it could be a instant favourite (Dont know about the performance).
          The downside is the non-digital console, they are calling it "Attractive Meter Console" ..
          It's a lot like nuts and bolts - if the rider's nuts, the ride - bolts!

              Today saw this Splendor i3s at a Hero Showroom.
              Noticeable changes from older splendor - the split grab rail, aluminium foot pegs, wider tank, wider seat, service indicator in instrument cluster,i3s indication light, handle bar end weights etc.
              IMO, they should have given this bike a totally different name.

                  Its just splendor nxg with some paint changes and some minor modification to engine

                    The bike’s unique feature is i3S (intelligent Start-Stop System). Just like any other start-stop system, a technology that till now has been limited to cars in India, switches off the ignition when it senses that the engine has been idling for about 30 seconds. When you switch on the system and come to a halt after putting the bike in neutral, the engine shuts off after 5 seconds. Whenever you are ready to move again, just press the clutch and the engine will come back to life again.

                    New switchgear includes a new on-off switch for the start-stop system, which replaces the engine kill switch.

                    The Splendor iSmart also gets a vast number of changes like interesting body graphics and a side stand warning indicator..

                        What I have posted is not about Splendor iSmart but its a different 150cc bike according to the sources, which I felt either needed separate topic or the name of existing topic should be changed.

                        as the pic shows, its an entirely different bike.

                            Looks like they saw Suzuki's yesterday and so they want to launch something tomorrow . . . Anyways eagerly waiting for this product, which is it, which is it, which is it . . ?

                              lol this bikes rear belongs to apache..inspiring from an indian company is a first ..probably this is its USP
