Harley Davidson in a bid to popularise their latest motorcycles the Street 500 & 750, recently took and raced them on ice!
Harley Davidson has taken its latest motorcycles the Street 750 and Street 500 to the ESPN X-Games to showcase the capabilities of the two motorcycles. The motorcycles have been fitted out with steel studded tyres and will race each other on a frozen track!
The X-Games fans will have a chance to vote and say whether the Motorcycle Ice Racing is extreme enough to be made a separate sport. Ice racing has been popular in some parts of the world, and Harley says that they have pictures of their bikes racing on ice from 100 years ago! The Street series of the Harley motorcycles have been specifically modified for the event.
