Mahindra Two Wheelers posted a growth of 207% in February 2014 on the basis of strong demand for the Mahindra Centuro. Sales for the month stood at 18553 units up from around 6000 units in the same month of the previous year.
Yamaha Motor India sales for February 2014 was up by 32.5% to 42548 units. Last years sales in the same month was 32097 units.
TVS Motor Company registered an increase of 7% in total sales in February 2014 as compared to the same month of the last year. Sales stood at 177662 units as compared to 165696 units last year. Scooter sales grew by 37% during the same period, while motorcycle sales grew by 3%.
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India sales increased by a whopping 44% in February 2014, to 328521 units. February 2013 saw the sales figure at 228444 units. Motorcycle sales grew by 40%, while scooter sales went up by 47%.
