Its 18PS, not 18bhp. God knows how reliable the news is.

        sorry my fault...
As per my knowledge zigwheels is very reliable website.
If these are just cosmetic upgrades then it means yamaha will take minimum 6-10 months to launch proper upgraded(specification wise) models. As per showroom guys fuel Injected 6 geared Fz is under testing which will launch under FZ-S moniker whereas old fz will sell alongside as it is with FZ 16 brand name as a budget offering which means they will create price difference of 10000 (minimum) between both the bikes....

Well according to Zigwheels this is the "v3" all were talking about. This also has a remapped ECU that will produce 18 bhp and a better low and mid-range torque spread. It will be better to ride in the city now. Also the FI unit will be new.

So this is what the R15 "v3" looks like and yeah, they will most probably not call it a version 3

The new version has 1PS more than the outgoing model due to the remapped ECU and new FI. This it seems will give it a better mid-range

like someone said days ago,i really suspect Yamaha india is getting kickbacks from some painting companies..their line-up looks like a carnival now, with only 2 proper bikes.1 scooter and like 15-20 color schemes..

These are the new colours of the two models specified in the thread title.
There is no R15 V3 named bike coming, not atleast this year.
1PS increase is just a speculation . Yamaha haven't said anything about it officially.

please go to the previous page and check who posted this link. I was trying to give actual news not rumor based on other websites as I have seen these bikes personally, these are just facelift models...

Even reputed site like zigwheels.com is spreading rumor this time...

Wov...long list of changes, Like the Yam RX which changed a lot in Indian yuva motorcycling, this one is another legendary bike which still holds on and on....like to see similar changes on the FZ with more fuel efficiency and low/mid punch

that white red combo looks best on the R15, love to see the "full" racing blue back in action, that blue white is not so great. can't see any good decal on the FZ
