^^^ Finally they started watching, I think its more difficult for DP to stop woman and get them pay the fine for not wearing helmet, you know woman's and their reasons, no wonder lots of them start crying for saving fine...

What's the point anyway, if someone doesn't want to wear a helmet, why force them, ultimately if they fall, they'll have to deal with the hospital bills and if they die, then their family will have to deal with it. Even many things have changed in the past 545 years, I know many Sikhs who don't wear turbans and ride bikes with full riding gear. If ones priority is religion over safety and welfare for your family, it's good that the government protects that, I guess it's seen as a kind of population control.Beware of Bread, don't say I didn't warn you!
