I still believe the tourer could've used the more horsepower of the previous engine. But a lot can be clarified by actually riding it. Has anyone ridden both the engines enough to clarify?---

Let's welcome the most well sorted bike with the weakest heart .
Yamaha should sell this bike as a sports-commuter not a tourer .
Gone are the days we waited for 250cc and now adding to the pain is the detuned FI engine .
Don't know whether they are trying to compete with Honda Trigger while producing mills to chug along with Honda shine
Earlier Pulsar 135 will keep up with this now even discover series seems powerful enough.

Wont talk about Engine, but in looks, the New FZ looked disproportionate compared to the perfectly designed older counterpart. But, the sharp design goes very well with the Faired version. This one is actually looking better than the Old Fazer. OK, i agree, looks are subjective.
.I will vote for the Old FZ and New Fazer in the looks department.

Looks pretty good to me. But for the Fazer atleast the power should've been 14 bhp minimum. One is supposed to munch more miles on the highway than on the city on a Fazer as compared to FZ. Let's wait for the official launch(though it seems the power will be scaled down here).A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

Looks awesome, very neat fit and finish ! But i wish it should have sported atleast 200 cc engine with 18 bhp output. I really dont understand why yamaha is experimenting in 150cc range ? Lets hope for bigger CC bikes from yamaha in future !!Comment
